We have this in synastry. H13 (osc l) conjunct his Asc. Is it important?

I will try n explain my Q better.
When I typed h13 which I believe is the number for Black moon lilith/oscillating Lilith it conjuncts my guy's Asc. Right on his Asc. But it says osc lilith n not h13 in the synastry chart. Do I make sense now Ami Anne?
