I am not sure why I'm even posting this, other than to just tell someone. IRL people would think this is totally bizarre. Heck, some of you might, too!My divorce became finalized last year, but I continue to live with my son's father under the same roof per our settlement agreement (which he, in his generosity, has extended for months, as long as I pay some bills and maintenance). The deal is I had to find a decent place to live, so our shared son would have somewhere nice to put his head down at night when he was with me. The place ended up needing renovations, and my living arrangement has sort of dragged on longer than expected. Anyway, so not really free to date when I'm coming home to the ex, but not married either.
Over the course of the past year, I have developed insanely obsessive crushes on two men. The crush that came first is on a man who is rather well known in our community. In order not to reveal his identity, I will just say that he is a specialty physician with a successful practice and a good marketing campaign, very good internet presence. I had to take a friend (who needed lots of hand holding) to a physician for a unique problem she had, and after an internet search, I chose him. This began my obsession. It lasted for months. I only met him that one time in his office, but I watched him from afar. Of course, despite not knowing his TOB, I did his chart and our synastry anyway. Two Scorpios with sun conjunct moon and mars conjunct uranus. Nothing spectacular, but he was spoken for anyway, which multiple kids, so it was just a pipe dream. Thankfully, I was able to get him out of my system when I found out some less than impressive things he was doing in "business". That turned me off pretty quickly. Yay! The only important thing to keep in mind for purposes of the story: his birthday is October 30.
Months later, I met the next man. The circumstances were also what you'd consider "once in a lifetime". I was involved in something which was for me unusual, that caused our paths to cross, otherwise I would have never, never run into him. Married, older than the first by 9 years. Also a Scorpio, but with a verrrrrry different vibe than the first. This one has no swagger. He's quiet, wise and unassuming. He is also high profile, but this time in the entertainment field and I don't want to say anything to impact on his privacy. Only that his birthday is..... drum roll .... October 30.
So, again, Crabby runs to the computer and comes up with three working natal charts for three presumed TOB's for this man. Just to understand why in less than a year, I have separate insane crushes on guys with the same birthday. The kind of crush that makes you obsessively check their twitter page every few hours, hoping to see an updated photo. Sick. So with this one I have Juno conjunct North Node, sun conjunct sun, Mars conjunct Saturn, Mars conjunct Jupiter. Whatever.
It was only yesterday, after accidentally bumping into an old article of Ami's, that Apollo came onto my radar screen, and so I punched that asteroid into the two synastry charts between myself and the two Scorpio crushes. Bingo!!!!!!
My Apollo closely conjunct both of their suns.
I am still trying to wrap my head around this, but there it is for all of you. An interesting case study. Maybe.
