Someone I know has Tristan and Isolde exactly opposite each other (well within 1-2 °)

Tristan is on his Asc in Aquarius and Isolde is on DC in Leo.

Would this mean he wants an Isolde type of woman?
Surely that wouldn't be ideal?

What do you make of this?
