What would you make of Ixion conjunct Ixion exact in Synastry?

It also conjunct Saturn 1°.

I can't find enough info on Ixion in Synatsry other than one description by someone about how it could be to do with lust and obsession because Ixion was so lusty which is why he got in trouble.

But if you read the mythology I would derive a more karmic meaning for this asteroid? It's all about revenge and betrayal?

With both asteroids conjunct exact and Saturn also coming into play would this be a sign of a very karmic relationship? I also have Saturn conjunct Karma exact with this person :/
