I'm no soulmate expert, and certainly no iQ, but since Juno was the wife of Jupiter, and Psyche the wife of Eros/Cupid, I'm not sure how Juno and Psyche could be soulmate pairs.

It might not be a bad aspect to have, although I don't think Juno did much to help Psyche out.

The soulmate pairings are based on the mythology behind them, of soulmates in the divine pantheon, so no, Juno-Psyche is no soulmate pairing, in te sense of bringing complementary energies like Yin and Yang together.

HOWEVER, it is a very beautiful aspect to have,. for the reason you just named. Very gently and feminine I suppose.
