Thanks GemBird! I included Osiris and Isis because I read they represent the "spiritual" husband and wife lol.
Though yes, he was definitely responsible for triggering my kundalini as well. We have an exact conjunction of my Union-Mercury with his Union-Valentine. My Valentine conjuncts his Moon and Mars IP: Logged |

It looks like a very deep Soul Mate connection, and I would suspect very good chances that he is your Twin Flame because of the way Isis and Osiris are linked through Venus and Mars, plus so many excellent BRIEDE and GROOM aspects.
How does the Composite look like, especially 7th House Cusp and 7th Lord placement?------------------
