Do you have Mercury-Neptune or Moon-Neptune? I find people with those aspects are quite empathetic and sometimes psychic. Inner planets in water signs, especially Cancer and Pisces, will have the same effect (which I'm sure you know). If you don't mind me asking where are your personal planets?

Also, check whether or not you have asteroids associated with precognitive abilities contacting your personal planets. My Sun is conjunct Apollo and I have an knack for predicting world events (like the oracles of Delphi did). So I think asteroids can sometimes play a significant role as well.

Astraea is at 1 Aquarius, Cupido at 4, Sappho at 5, Echo at 7, Vertex at 8, and Eros at 10, so that Stellium activates a lot about me. Vesta is at 16 Aquarius Conjunct Europa and Klotho at 17 Aquarius, and Sun, which is otherwise unaspected (I consider 9 degrees too wide an orb for anything; my cutoff for a Conjunction is 8). Pallas Athene is at 12 Capricorn. I have a Grand Water Trine Kite made up of Chiron at 2 Scorpio, Retrograde Ganesa at 1 Cancer, DNA at 1 Pisces, and Juno at 0 Taurus. The Grand Air Trine Kites are made up of more prominent planets as well as the MC, which is highly activated in my chart. I have Yods from Chiron to the MC and Aries as well as from my AC to Saturn and my Stellium. I feel like Pluto Conjunct the IC might have something to do with psychic abilities as well, giving my IC in Sagittarius (sign of philosophy and spirituality) a Scorpionic side (representing some kind of connection to darker realities).
(I realize that Pisces is the sign of spirituality, but the original ruler of Pisces is Jupiter, the same as the ruler of Sagittarius, so I feel like Sagittarius has a spiritual feel to it as well.)

It seems as though there are also certain aspects in my chart that create tendencies for people to become astrologers. I have Urania Conjunct Saturn almost exact and Karma Conjunct AstroWizard also exact. Idk if that necessarily translates to psychic abilities, but it seems to show a fated interest in the occult.

Saturn conjunct Urania seems very fated, do you think you were interested in astrology in a past life? I have Urania exactly opposite Uranus, my 10th HR. I'm not sure what that indicates besides (obviously) an interest in astrology.

Not yet. I'm thinking about writing later in life. Someone told me I should start a blog, and I like my writing as well. But, despite the Kites, I am too lazy to start stuff. My fixed placements make me great once I start stuff, but starting things is hard.

I might have been. One of the people whose chart is somewhat similar to mine is Galileo. The most similarity, however, is Mozart.
I don't know too much about Urania either.

My Neptune/Merc/Sun are conjunct falling between 2 and 3rd house, Neptune is exact sextile Pluto on my AC and Neptune is trined my Jupiter and sextile my Psyche/Urda/Messenger/Merlin/Circe

I feel ppls energy and a lot of other strange things...it's not always comfortable being aware of ppls deeper feelings....n I can tell they know something and get defensive without any words spoken between us....
It's like our souls are seeing through each other or something.
I don't mean to but I think ppl feel very exposed around me and try so hard to not show anything I'm feeling about someone on the outside.

Some of this is true for me as well. The last part isn't though. It's more of a one-way street. I can see through people, but people can't see through me at all. It is uncomfortable being able to know what others are feeling, but I see it as more of a gift than a liability, probably because most people can't tell that I can feel their emotions.
