From my experience, it would make the person act in a very Aries manner (ASC-like) when in love. He/she would be quite proactive and it will be written all over him/her he's in love. Coming from 12th means at first he won't realize he's in love, maybe the others will notice before him, but when he does, he would be totally smitten. The Venus Pluto connections will only enhance the passion this person feels. Also, for these people it is important to feel in love to enter in relationships.

About this on 5th cusp...any chance for a history of illicit or dangerous relationships? If it's a woman, I'd say love brings a potent, hidden aspect in her: independence and dominance. A Queen If a man, perhaps falling in love with such a woman.

I know your question was about the natal, but I thought I might be able to give a little insight. My husband and I have this in our composite chart. Valentine is @ 23 Leo, 1 degree from the Ascendant @ 22 Leo. We've been married for 22 years, and I think this aspect has played out in that we are both very self-sacrificing toward one another. There is nothing we wouldn't give up or do to help one another or for our love. So, maybe someone with this aspect in their natal would sacrifice anything for the one they love.
