I know Pholus transits can indicate sudden good fortune, but for what it's worth, my Pholus is currently transiting 1 degree from my natal sun, and though I almost never have accidents, today I slipped on a puddle of water in my kitchen and broke my brand new teapot which was full of boiling tea I had just made and it gave me a 2nd degree burn on my leg. I'm usually very careful which is why I never have random freak accidents like that, but I knew Pholus was approaching an exact transit to my sun, so I guess I should've expected something like this. I guess it's better than breaking my leg or having a car accident or (god forbid) hurting someone else, but it really is a bad 2nd degree burn, and it was a brand new $70 bone china tea pot that I just got last week as a special treat for myself, and usually I don't spend that much on nonessentials. Oh well. I'm trying to change the karma of putting myself last in life and doing nicer things for myself, and I've heard that sometimes when you change karma you get whacked for the ways you've behaved in that area of your life in the past, even though you're changing that now. Maybe that's it, or maybe it was just a freak accident and has no meaning. Just in case it was Pholus, I wanted to warn all of you to be extra careful if you're having a Pholus transit to your Sun, and I'm guessing transits to Mars and Uranus should come with the same warning. Please stay safe, everyone! IP: Logged |

Ouch, I'm sorry to read that. And thanks for warning us. I'll have it in about 15 years but I'll try not to forget. Meanwhile, it's approaching my Mercury. And then it's time for Uranus. HMMM.------------------ I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy. IP: Logged |

Thank you Cappy! I have heard that Pholus transits can be good too; rags to riches, riches to rags; alone to married, married to divorced, etc. It's just a bit of a wildcard regarding which way it will go. IP: Logged |

Well, Pholus is still hanging out on top of my natal sun, and yesterday I was rushing to get back to work and scraped my forehead on a tree branch I was ducking under, so badly that it bled. I'm really not usually so accident prone. Now my co-workers must think I'm nuts because the 2nd degree burn on my ankle is still very much apparent and I also scraped my forehead bloody. I guess I should be glad I didn't poke my eye out on a twig and haven't got into any car accidents (I've been very lucky with driving in my life and have never even come close to having an accident). Still, I really hope Pholus moves on soon. It's making me feel hunted, or like I'm walking in a mine field. IP: Logged |

Oh, and yesterday Mars' transit to my natal Vertex was also exact, and Saturn is transiting a few degrees from my natal Uranus, all at the same time. Eek!IP: Logged |
