His natal chart isn't that different from his Draconic bc he has an Aries north node

I ask this bc my Draconic moon is at 0 Scorpio and in comparison to my natal is in my natal 12 th house..I can't even begin to tell u what intense stuff is buried in my mind that I have a hard time releasing, so I wonder what this exact quaoar conjunction wud mean in synastry.

Also, my quaoar is conjunct my juno and this person's neptune first house not conjunct Asc ..if that helps
