Would this indicate their deepest wound stemmed from their childhood? In taurus would the wound be a lack of security and comfort? Maybe its a feeling of never being provided for or protected?

My boyfriend has this aspect in his 11th house, house of friends, hopes and dreams....would it indicate a childhood that forced him to grow up to fast, forced to live in reality that was painful, lonely, fearful about how everything was going to play out, would they have enough to survive?

He won't talk to much about his childhood, his dad was mean and when his mom and dad separated he chose to lie to the court and tell them he wanted to live with his dad even though he was terrified of his dad, but he didn't want his dad to hurt his mom and was afraid he would if he didn't go with his dad.
His dad ended up giving him back to his mom, she was a single mom and moved often, he went to so many different schools...at times a few in one year. But he doesn't like to say anything beyond that because he feels it disrespectful to not appreciate what his mom tried to do for him.

My first impression of CHIRON-CHILD would actually be a tough time having children, or dealing with children.

What CHIRON-SATURN/MOON aspects, or CHIRON-10R/4R aspects? Those would seem to relate more to a native's childhood, methinks.

I can say as a Taurus Moon that moving stinks.

Also, it is difficult to make friends, then have to leave them behind.

He has children, he absolutely loves children!! But he had a son that died at 2 from pneumonia....he wants to have another baby ASAP. He adores children, he's already in love with my kids and can't wait to be active part in their lives. It's like he gets so attached and invests his whole heart into kids and then they get taken away by things totally out of his control. He got really attached in his last relationship to her kids, they didn't have a dad. But eventually he figured out she had a drinking n perscription drug problem and had to break it off with her, it killed him to leave the kids he felt he had a responsibility to help take care of them.

His taurus Chiron sextiles his pisces Sun and cancer AC, both 3 degrees, but makes no other aspects.

It sounds as if he's trying to complete / resolve a karma regarding children. How long have you two been together?

All the things mentioned here are great.
Here's a more positive-side interpretation: I think this would make for a very wise child, one that is perceptive about the insecurities of the adults around him, and would try to help with solid, helpful advice. You know how kids sometimes surprise you with the insight they have into adult matters? This seems to me like one such person/kid. This Chiron is on a very prominent spot, btw, his Sun/AC midpoint, and in sextile to both. Does he have a talent in giving his friends, or social groups, advice on how to get over emotional matters by using a common sense, practical approach?

We've been working together for awhile but just started "officially" saying we are in a relationship about a month n half ago. I had a crush on him the moment I saw him and when we worked together we flowed so easily n got along really well but he was distant and didn't seem interested in me. He never flirted back with me and barely even made eye contact at all, then I heard he was in a relationship and gave up.
I was not around him for awhile, then we ran into each other again at a work event. He was completely different this time, he went out of his way to be wherever I was I was still under the impression he had a girlfriend so I pretended not to notice. After 3 days I had to leave, I had not let on that I noticed him following me around...he came up as I was leaving and said he was so happy he'd got to work with me again and asked when I'd be back. I said, don't you have a girlfriend? He said, no we broke up about 8 months ago. I said, oh...cool! Maybe we will work together again.
Then we get partnered up again along with a few others to do an event, my kids came with me to help. He spent most of the weekend finding reasons to be everywhere we were and seemed to be having a lot of fun with my kids.
After we got home my kids started asking about when we were going to see him again. The next time we worked together I told him that my kids wouldn't stop talking about him they loved him, he said...if only I could get you to love me to. How do I do that?
We started calling and talking...it quickly built up to talking night n day!
We live far away from each other but we were trying to casually end up at the same events.
Now we openly plan our work schedule around each other's...we work together as much as possible n try to extend he stay a lil bit. We see each other at least once a month for 3 sometimes 4 days.
We are planning on getting married the end of 2015.
As soon as he let me know he was single and liked me, I could tell it was going to get serious very quickly.
I guess because his virgo Saturn/Spirit is on my Juno, they make a tight grand trine with my taurus Hera and my cap Eros/Valentine/IC which opposes his cancer Aphrodite/Lust/Lilith on my MC.

His pisces Juno is on my Vesta/Pallas/Klotho opposed my virgo Moon/his IC/his NN and trine his cap Venus/Psyche/Eros and my cap Lust/Angel..everything here makes a trine or sextile to my NN.

Yeah!! I'm so excited, don't know if he's any special kind of astrology soulmate but I don't care! I've never felt so appreciated and understood. It's like we are exact compliments to each other, our relationship is so easy and open...not an ounce of feeling like we are not on the same page, we don't argue or get upset with each other, we just communicate we fit so easily together. Which is odd with his pisces Sun nearly an exact square my Sun.

Im sure this helps though...his Pisces Sun is in his saggy 9th house, giving a saggy focus, pisces energy to his Sun.

I have saggy Sun/Neptune/Mercury conjunct giving a pisces/saggy/virgo energy to my Sun.

Sun/Sun square but alot of understanding because of the placements and aspects.

His saggy Moon/Neptune is in Virgos 6th house, giving a saggy/pisces/virgo focus to his Moon. This works well with both our Suns.

My virgo Moon in pisces 12th house, gives a pisces focus/virgo energy to my Moon....I'm more detail focus and introverted he's very outgoing and ready to work for our dreams, after I tell him the best route to take to get there.

I've already felt our Jupiter(him(/Sat(me) conjunction at play...he was getting all excited about something that to me seemed so unrealistic, which I asked him if we could come up with something more realistic and practical.
Later I apologized....I should have listened to his dreams and found a milder way to steer him towards bringing his dreams into a more practical focus. Next time I'll remember to listen without letting my Saturn do any judging or squashing to his Jupiter!
His Amor is on my Jupiter....

My Mom has Child conjunct Saturn(4th) by 32 minutes, both square Chiron(6th). The Child/Chiron square is a 4 minute orb. Her Mom was extremely emotionally and verbally abusive, and even in her 60's she has not gotten over her pain from childhood. She also has Dejanira just 2 degrees from her ASC.

My Mom's Nessus is right on my Chiron and opposite my Sun, although she was never abusive. If anything, she was not hard enough on my sister and I, who were both raised with a complete lack of discipline. She always feared that if she was hard on us we would resent her like she did my grandmother.

I would think the Child/Chiron conjunction would show some pain from childhood, but may be easier than the square. The fact he doesn't talk much about his childhood could mean there is a lot more to the story that he isn't comfortable opening up about.

ETA:

I don't know why I didn't point out the most obvious answer to the Child/Chiron conjunction with your guy. Losing a child has to be the most agonizing loss a person could ever experience. . That's definitely a wound that never completely heals.

Lol, I did meet a guy on FB early this month and we have talked here n there....but I'm not going to peruse anything with him. Everything went from playful to kind of serious with my guy all of the sudden, after he realized I was talking to other ppl. He jumped into gear and started making plans.
I like him better, he is much more emotionally available than the FB guy. I have Pluto/Venus conjunct with both....so I'm not surprised I was drawn to both at the same time, transit Uranus is in my 7th conjunct Jupiter opposed Venus/Pluto, and my progressed Venus is on my natal Sun.

Their birthdays are not even a day apart, a lil over 12 hours apart and then my sons birthday is the same date as the FB guy, but was born only a few hours from the guy I'm dating, my son was born at 1:17 am.

I guess I'm being drawn to pisces energy lately!
The FB guy didn't jump in their and plan time to spend with me, but once my guy found out I was talking to someone else, he made sure I knew he was serious. He started planning out a schedule of how and when we could see each other...he has the next 5 months arranged!
I'm going there in October for a week he's coming here for 3 days in early Nov, then he's coming back for mine and my youngest sons birthday and Thanksgiving...in Dec he's flying us to spend Christmas and New Years with his family. Then he's coming to visit us again later in Jan for my daughters birthday and then in Feb he's coming to visit for his and my older sons birthday....
We still have work trips to make together on top of that.

^That's crazy that they would be born soooo close! It definitely must be the Uranus transit. And for your son's birthday to be right there too. That probably has something to do with why there was a familiar vibe with both of them.

neurological science shows that it’s physiologically impossible for kids to learn if they’re experiencing trauma. When they’re in “fight, flight or freeze” mode, the part of their brain that allows them to focus and learn shuts down so that the brain can efficiently address immediate danger. The more consistently it’s offline, the more impairment.

What are the odds of their birthdays both being nearly ontop of my sons?? Strange!!
What's crazy is as my son has gotten older, he's 15 now, I've realized that not all pisces are not as out there as the ones if met in my life. With all my saggy energy I'd always avoided pisces because they seemed so flaky...but as my son has started to think for himself and show his true colors in seeing a really kind caring rational guy, something I never expected from a pisces...kind and caring, yes...rational pisces? No! Lol
As I started to see that side of pisces, I started to wonder if there were more pisces out there like him, ones that could balance their deep desire to give to others with the ability to understand they don't need to allow themselves to go under themselves to save someone else.
My son has helped me to see there are some pisces I can respect at the same time admire their devotion to loving others so deeply.
Id started to wonder if I could meet one of these more mature pisces because I really enjoy the way they think, they make me think about things in a way that opens me up to a deeper kindness and way to love others. I'm realizing there is a deeper layer of pain that holds me back from loving myself and others the way I need to.
It was only a few weeks after I realized this that I ran into these 2 guys!! Lol
I think the universe is telling me something, all 3 of their Suns are exact squares to my....maybe its time to let go of my ego/fears that block my ability to love.

That makes a lot of sense.... I lived in fight or flight mode as a child!
