I'm so tired of tragic stories being connectors to me and someone I care about....I'm looking for the ones with, "then they lived happily ever after" lol....

Me n my TF had alot of DW aspects between Orpheus and Eurydice in several different charts...that's another story with a tragic ending. What it felt like is the the relationship seemed to play out way to closely to that story....and in the end it just hurts.

The TF, the one I have talked about on the TF threads forever...we never could bring it together!! For 6 years we were always in each other's lives emotionally but never physically....we were only their in spirit.

Yep. Fate and I've got that in a Mystic Rectangle in composite, if I recall. I know my SUN's right on his THISBE (0º25), which is opposite my PYRAMUS.

The tale fits. I can tell we've been through that song and dance before.

Also, Lee, if anyone happens to land something right on your THISBE/PYRAMUS, 1º or less, I'd sound the alarm. 'Karma alert! Karma alert! This is not a drill!'.

I have this with the love of my life. My Pyramus conjuncts his Thisbe. (My Thisbe also conjuncts his ASC) We also have a Tristan/Isolde conjunction, Galatea/Pyramus & Eric/Enid + mutual Shiva/Kaali opposition. Yes, we are not together. Yes, its tragic.

Could someone venture a guess as to what a Pyramus/Moon DW might mean.

I have stopped scrutinising synastry charts but became curious to see if this pain related theme featured prominently. And it does!

His Pyramus exactly opposite my Moon - both at 22.43 !
My Pyramus trines his Moon (0)

AND we have a Vertex/Thisbe DW (0) as well.

Sorry a little off-topic. Very slightly .

Hmm. Well, the 'rents kept Thisbe and Pyramus apart. Perhaps the MOON link is connected, literally, to the maternal figure side of things.

The relevance of the 'Maternal side of things' isn't apparent in this context. Unless one considers that maternal influences generally form the basis of emotional development and ability to form attachments.

In my natal, the two are linked in an interesting way: Saturn trine Thisbe and Pyramus conjunct SN.

My Pyramus is also sextile his Sun exact. Perhaps the Moon simply represents the emotional self and Pyramus, the lover, is similar to Valentine. And Pyramus not aspecting Thisbe in synastry simply indicates separate paths.

I'd almost attribute it to the mother's influence being, in one sense, separating (opposition) and, on the other hand, appeasing (trine).

Almost as if there's a difference in perception here, how 'it' might've gone down.

Yep. That makes sense.

Incidentally, Pyramus and Mars form the base of a YOD with Moon at the apex in the composite. Moon plays a key role by all accounts!

I could have done quite well without this thread, LeeLoo.

My Pyramus is at Cancer 27.6 in my 8th house, forming a Grand Water Trine with my Mars in Scorpio in the 12th and my Moon in Pisces in the 3rd. His Thisbe is conjunct my Pyramus at less than 1 degree (Cancer 28.5).

My Thisbe is in the 7th House. His Uranus is conjunct at 0 degrees. My Neptune conjuncts his Pyramus at 1.

Thisbe and Pyramus are widely sextile at 3 in the Composite. Thisbe semisextiles the Sun at 0 in the Davison.

Shoot (stab?) me now.

Hm...I intend to do a research about these tragic pairs to see if they bring doom and gloom. Until then, I think they're just veeeeery romantic
However, they should bring at least a bit of longing and difficulty in getting together, especially by external circumstances. Let's not forget their love was true, but they were separated by other people/social/cultural/political barriers.

Yes, I was thinking about this last night after I posted. The romanticism and true love component is a bit soothing, but since we're currently going through a bit of a separation (I believe caused by external circumstances but I'm not so sure he does) and I don't know how we will come out on the other side...

Looking forward to seeing your research on the IpA forum.
