Gem,

Hopefully I can ease your mind. As someone who's been alternative fleeing from and confronting a very frightening issue herself (the likelihood their present karmic wound concerns having been murdered in a previous / parallel life) I can tell you, there's a simple rule we must ALWAYS follow when it comes to 'these things'.

One thing means nothing. Nada. Diddly. It could point to a potential; it might even be highlighted or activated by transit or synastry. If it hits one of your points in synastry, that may be of importance to you.

But, this remains true:

One thing means nothing.

It's once we find configurations, patterns, activations, and emerging themes that we can BEGIN to explore the POTENTIAL that something MIGHT have merit.

A Fixed Star rising is going to be a matter of course in most cases. I'm pretty sure I have a few nasty ones on my ASC myself. In which case, of 6 billion on the planet, so do hundreds and thousands of others.

When astrology scares us, statistics can be the candle in that dark. Take the two in tandem. Don't go on a witch-hunt in yours or another's chart with EXTREME due cause.

What is due cause?

Say, over the course of several months of relatively intense, and consistent, study, you come across not only several instances of a theme, but the whole chart can be taken holistically to support this growing hypothesis. If each one of these parts is now contributing to a greater whole which is pointing to an emerging theme, NOW you have a case.

Without that, you're shadowboxing.

Breathe.
