After studying all my family charts that I have access to this is what I found. There is a trend with DNA/Child oppositions at either an exact degree or maybe a 2 degree orb at the widest.

There is also a trend of the mother's DNA opposition to a personal planet or asteroid, manifesting in some way in the child. I don't list degrees on most of these but they are NO greater than 3 degrees, if wider, I noted the degree.

My father in law's DNA opposes my husband's Child

My mother in law's DNA opposes my husband's child. Her Child conjunct his ascendant exactly.

My DNA opposes my son's Child. My son's Child conjunct my 4th house Neptune. My son has a 5th house stellium in Pisces with 5 planets. He's SUPER Pisces (I'm SUPER virgo).

My dad's child opposes my DNA.
My dad's DNA opposes my sister's Child.

My husband and my son have a DNA conjunction (this is the widest orb at 4 degrees - but I'm counting it because HOLY HELL), and they look IDENTICAL. Actually you can't tell them apart in baby pictures. The running joke is that I just birthed my husband, my child looks absolutely nothing like me. This was the freakiest for me.

My mom's Kaali conjunct her IC by 2 degrees in the 4th house. I have a Kaali Moon exact conjunction, which opposes her DNA.

This almost makes me want to start an excel spreadsheet! lol
