Did you know there's an asteroid called Smiley (1613)?
How about Sunshine (3742)?I looked up the chart of the cheeriest, brightest, always smiling person I know and ...
Smiley is conjunct the AC 1 degree and exact conjunct the NN on the AC.
Sunshine is right there in the first house but 6 and a half degrees away. Asteroids brighten and enlighten us  IP: Logged |

There's also an asteroid called Silly (129234)
[Edit: I'm sorry I just noticed the typo. Asteroid SILLY should read 129234, not 12934. I will add the missing number above in Bold so it is not missed.]I guess I've been having some silly fun looking up asteroid names "for entertainment purposes only"

Omg, I love this thread!!! I checked my synastry with the actor I'm very fond of. He often makes me smile and I think of him as a ray of sunshine. My Smile and Sunshine conjunct his Sun. His Smiley conjunct my Sun exact  I said "oh phuck" when I saw it. Besides: my Silly conjunct his Juno and his Silly opposite my Mars. In the composite Smiley conjunct Sun, Mercury and Venus and Silly opposite Pholus. How am I supposed not to believe he could be my bestie if we met? With my last celeb crush I have my Silly conjunct his Moon and his Silly conjunct my IC, fits too  My Silly trine his Venus, his Silly sextile my Venus. Silly luv indeed  His Smiley opposite my Jupiter. Natally I have Smiley and Sunshine conjunct Vertex. ------------------

In the process of going through all of letter 's' so when I come to smiley. I knew there had to already be a smiley thread.
in my 12th at 18 li
sextile my moon/psyche/Isis. I always see that folk are up to something when smiling.
Upon recalling other 18 Libra points in natal I looked back a few pages in my notes and realized they are all things that make me smile.
It is about 6 degrees behind my asc and I do often cover my smile,less questions that way. ------------------

I have Smiley and mercury both in virgo @17d12 so conjunct exact. My laughter is great, very authentic and genuine. My dad has mercury conjunct Smiley under 1d as well and his smile has this uplifting therapeutic effect, he is a therapist too but he has an added bonus Jupiter conjunct Sunshine under 2d! that fits him so well, such an optimist and no mood swings, his optimism is constant; he has an moon in virgo; I would love to have earth an moon. He has stellium actually mercury-smiley-jupiter-sunshine from about 4-10d in aquarius. IP: Logged |

Hubby has it conjunct exact his venus in Leo which conjuncts my Venus and Mars tightly; yeah he puts me in a good mood and makes me happy, this is probably a big part of why I ended up with him, he had an stabilizing effect on me and helped my mood. It really fits him, I have always admired his sunny disposition that he has innately. He does have mood swings though as his venus-sunshine squares mars-uranus but he always bounces back up and I feel his natural state of mind is innately sunny, uranus just disrupts that from time to time. My friend Derek from my previous job has Starchik conjunct exact his moon, he was extremely popular with the ladies and even one of the guys at the office pointed this out. Not popular in a sexual way but he was genuinely very popular in our company specially with the ladies. His Sunshine conjuncts by about 1d my Sun; he had such a positive effect on me, I always felt better around him and after talking to him, he was my angel while I worked at that place. Thanks for starting this thread! Great find. I would say that Sunshine and Smiley in synastry indicate people that uplift you, that make you smile and have a positive effect in your mood and well being. IP: Logged |

Ha, you started this thread on my Ex birthdate! My ex sunshine conjuncts my mercury-smiley-magion-klio stellium. His Smiley-VERTEX-IC conjuncts my SOUTHNODE! I loooooveeed his smile, like his smile to me felt so nice and good, its a big part of what drew me to him and why I fell for him, such a familiar smile that felt like home and crept in straight into my soul. In composite we have Jupiter conjunct Smiley exact in the first with Horus there too all conjuncting our AC. We also have Sunshine conjunct Northnode. IP: Logged |

Thanks for revising this thread, Semei. Perfect timing because I just met someone new and their Smiley and Sunshine fall in my 7th house and being 5 years apart their Sunshine is conjunct my Sunshine. We have bright uplifting moments together. Smiley and Sunshine are in their 1st house and their Sunshine is 0 degrees Aquarius. This person loves everyone and emits an energy that brightens others lives, especially with Venus conjunct GC. I think I would like everyone to have these asteroids fall into my 7th house IP: Logged |

Oh wow! I was hoping to have "smiley" conjunct ascendant or MC! I'm a very smiley person. In fact, when I was on High School I was called "Smiles". But, I have Smiley conjunct Venus and MC at 4 degrees  haha (is still counts?), opposite Mars at 1 degree and sextile Jupiter at 1 degree. Smiley and Sunshine in 10th house. Silly in 9th house square ascendant. Sunshine sextile ascendant.
I really like to do silly things, smile and laugh alot .

Lol, I have Smiley in Capricorn conjunct same degree as Saturn and 1 degree away from Mars. I've often been told that I don't smile enough. What can I do ? I can't change my date of birth. people should accept others the way they are.
because this "smiley" asteroid conjunct Saturn perhaps make me smile less with people I don't really know, strangers, or people I don't like enough. I don't like to pretend I'm smiling, to do really fake smiles, I find it difficult, but it doesn't mean I have bad feelings against people I'm not smiling to, no. it's just the way I am. This conjunction between Smiley and Saturn, makes it difficult for me to smile spontaneously...
