I believe they will say that the orb is to wide to have an proper effect.
I belive they say the orb for the Asteroids is 0°-2°

Yes, it's almost 5º here. That's too wide. Sometimes, we'll expand to 3º, but 5º is definitely too wide. Especially for an angle.

Ok when angles are involved the influence is felt more strongly so orbs may be a bit wider and still be felt.

I didn't see the chart though, just commenting on Auby's comment about angles.

"I would allow a generous orb for planets on the angle of course since the angles are one's being, acting like lightning rod receiving whatever touches it."

Some astrologers feel wider orbs should be used with angles, or the luminaries or the southnode....

Then there is the variable that everyone is different and some people can feel influences more easily than others kind of like taking medication and how some people take a very small dosage and the body reacts to it strongly but others even with high dosages the body does not respond much to treatment...we all have different thresholds; orbs cannot be looked at in such a fixed manner and decide that 3 orbs is always the cut off no matter what; no exceptions.

From my understanding astrologers usually use 3 orbs for the purpose of focusing in a reading the most intense influences not for the purpose of discarding as significant all other aspects.

It can also be looked at as the tighter the orb the more likely the influence will manifest and express itself or the stronger the influence will be felt but does not automatically mean that it won't manifest or be felt if is wider; its more a thing about probabilities and level of intensity.
