It indicates that your partner will have Libran qualities. They don't have to have Libra planets.------------------

I have a natal Virgo Juno conj Mars, Asc in 12H and Juno conjunct Mars, Venus, Mercury, Asc in progressed 12H Virgo. I have never attracted Virgo men but lots of Pisces. That might be due to my Pisces Dsc though. I read somewhere that Juno conj Mars is highly sexual and I am and have been although it's purely been for quick pleasure, never emotional bonding. leo-cancer check this website it explains almost everything you wanna know about juno in your natal http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/Juno21.3.html im guessing you would want a husband/wife who has 5th house qualities as well and libran qualities like im so cappy was saying..i think juno in a man's chart is supposed to mean his "ideal wife". my juno is aquarius ALSO in 5th house =) and i do have to say i soooo want a partner or probably will have a partner who is able to give me a fun/romantic time everything that 5th house represents...house of pleasure & who has aquarius qualities intelligent, unique, weird, unusual, experimental buuuut my juno is squaring my uranus =( even if i find the love of my life i need freedom and space and if i see my partner constantly everyday i WILL GO NUTS but then again its JUno in Aquarius.... ------------------
