It was tough in adolescence but as I kept up learning about myself I finally had a point when

smoking weed... panic attacks came.
question: why is this a problem?
answer: because I lose control of my reaction
higher self: do you really lose control, if you know you will have a panic attack? seems like you have full control, since you can trigger it on command.

When I understood this, I could sort of INVITE a panic attack and embrace it as it came, rather than be hit hard, confused and try to fight it of desperately.

This was a game changer.

I think this is how you must approach the 'problem' of this conjunction. Because it is really a calling for you to befriend your pain, rather than loathe it. When you do, you will release it,and it will become a strenght. This is what spiritual healing is. The key word though is really BEFRIENDING, i.e. getting to know its true heart beneath the surface.

Chiron taught all the heroes - that is his job, to teach the heroes to be heroes. Kaali amplifies this. Heroes go through hell and crosses abysses, that is the heroes journey.

I would also consider thinking about where PELION is kocated in your chart, since this was the home of Chiron.
