Adonis represents gorgeous handsome male .what happens when it is conjunct natal descendent. I am a male and i have this aspect.
Does this aspect means i will be looked as an attractive handsome guy by my female partner ?

I don't consider myself very handsome neither i have model type face.Although my observation is that many females do get attracted towards me.I always have thought that this is just my imagination .Asteriod
Adonis conjunct my descendent makes me understand things more clearly now.

It doesn't necessarily mean typical model appearance but still your energy will be one that women find appealing. Anything aspecting your AC will affect your appearance.
