Hi deepseablues,

I can only offer a little bit of an opinion on your second question regarding going back to school or not. Indeed I would NOT base such a decision on those two asteroids alone (in fact I would not base it on astrology at all, rather, I would try to tap into my intuition); but, if you want to consult astrology for such a matter, I would advise you to take the traditional markers for higher education into account first, and only add to this picture with some asteroids if it brings additional clarification.

In a natal chart, school education is symbolized by the 3rd house and higher education by the 9th, so these two houses are connected with mind/education stuff the most. Look at planets within those two houses first; then, at the 3rd/9th house cusps and their rulers, how they are placed and which aspects they make; then, if you want to see connections from education to work/income, see whether they connect with the 2nd, 6th and 10th houses and their rulers.

I would also look at Mercury (natural ruler of the 3rd house) regardless of its house placement because it symbolizes the mind; to Jupiter (natural ruler of the 9th) because it symbolizes wisdom, expansion and good luck; and also, to the Moon, because it is about memory. The 10th house cusp (thus the MC in Placidus) is also always helpful for looking at career choices and one's life's calling. Once you get that "basic" astrological picture together, it can be interesting to take the Sabian symbols of your important education/career markers into account; and then, finally, I would look at particular asteroids, but not only those two you mentioned - there are many more depending on what kind of career/education you are considering. For higher education in a general sense, there's at least a few further asteroids to consider - 905 Universitas and 2440 Educatio, for instance. And, since in Greek mythology Pallas Athene was the goddess of learning and intelligence among other things, asteroids 2 Pallas and 881 Athene could be useful too….and there must be many, many more which is why I'd start with the planets and houses.
