What does AA mean by this? Can someone elaborate?

I found this response below, on Yahoo, to the same question. Yet the picture is still not complete for me. What does "she (Juno) says nothing in the chart" mean?

Best Answer: Juno is an asteroids, and unless it is doing something in your chart it means very little. We have thousands of asteroids in astrology, yet unless they are at a crictical axis, a critical degree, or in aspect more the majors than minors, they really don't say anything.

If you truly need to stretch things it could mean that you are interested in someone who may have gemini features, but that is truly stretching things, and I would simply tell my students, she says nothing in the chart. Not all asteroids will have a statement in the chart, and thankfully they do not."

In the context of Juno, does this mean that perhaps someone will be just simply void of all Juno desires and goals if Juno is unaspected. Eg, Juno (very simply) is about committed relationships. Does this mean closely to that the person with an unaspected Juno will be void of such goals?

Also, an unaspected planet means - and says - quite a bit in a chart. Is it different for asteroids?
