there is not much in the web about aphrodite..the descriptions of aphrodite in signs and houses are the same as venus descriptions?..i have aphrodite in virgo and the descriptions of venus in virgo are quite true for me..what do u believe?

so are we having traits from both venus at first and second aphrodite signs and houses?what's ur opinion?for me it fits,i'm feeling like a mix of cancer(my venus)-virgo(aphrodite)..

APHRODITE seems more attractive in nature than aesthetic, whereas VENUS can more easily represent both. I'd consider APHRODITE more in terms of what draws us to certain individuals and creates particular attractions. VENUS can be our taste in art and personal preferences. APHRODITE is more relationship-oriented, or simply designed to attract.

Ami Anne-english is not my first language and i can't fully express myself..let me try again ..venus in a natal represents what we find beautiful,how will love,talents etc..if venus and aphrodite are the same so in these matters(venus matters)will we be infuenced by both venus and aphrodite signs and houses?i guess aphrodite to a lesser degree since it's an asteroid..

Aubyanne-so aphrodite has more to do with attractiveness..i read an article for venus in virgo(my aphrodite sign) and it was so accurate for me..it was described me exactly it was kind of strange ..and in tropical i have nothing in virgo except for an exact aphrodite-angel conjunction

Aphrodite is about beauty and the appreciation of beauty she isn't the same as Venus which emcompasses all interpersonal relationships I.e.friendhships, lovers, spouses etc.

I hear you guys! I guess I would say that venus is what we love and find beautiful, as well as our own grace and beauty.

Aphrodite would be more of personal grace and beauty.

The way I do asteroids is to only really pay attention to them when they conjunct pivotal parts of the chart like the ASC, Sun, Moon etc

I don't look at asteroids in house or sign, per se
