I have Chiron in Cancer too but i cant quite picture it when its conjunct Eros. What would erotic nature and a primal wound do when mixed together? This is a Libra male mind you, he is very sexual already, which is why i cant quite imagine this.IP: Logged |

It's a wounding on the level of soulful sexuality. He may operate on the surface, sexually speaking, due to some intense intimacy issues. It's tough, because he's wired to be nurturing, emotional, and very caring in terms of his intimate relating. He may be shying from that because of the wound. IP: Logged |

I see it differently. There is a great capacity for healing through touch or even sexual healing with that one. Of course once we worked through the vulnerability, raw nakedness and yes, the acceptance of having been wounded on a very intimate level, or at least the possibility of this. What people sometimes forget is how physical Chiron is. He experiences and processes a lot through his physicality, through touch. But as we all know touch can heal or wound. with Eros it is the erotic dimension of touch of course. But ultimately it depends how this conjunction is intergrated in the natal, what other aspects are there, some oppositions or squares can actually feel too harsh and wounding. I`d suspsect especially a square made from an Aries planet, especially one of the more dynamic planets like Sun, Uranus, even Saturn or Pluto, might be "too much" for emotional Cancer, and push him back inside his shell. Funny enough saying that I jus remember I have a Hammer of Thor between my Aries Chiron squaring my Cancer Eros on Vertex and both sesisquare Mars. Hmmph did I just answer myself the question Inever even really asked myself? It takes courage though to accept and delve into the raw intimacy that comes with this aspect. Eros-Chiron, and as long as people are not ready to really face this, they might operate on the surface as Auby stated. IP: Logged |

But that's following the acknowledgement of the wound, Ceri. Many don't have the courage to confront their Chironic wounds. It can take quite some time.IP: Logged |

Yes, that is definitely true. the acknowledgement has to come first, and it is not one being made by the mind, but with a deeper layer.IP: Logged |

The only thing i see is that its opposite his asteroid Lilith. We had a physical relationship and this was a guy who had no problem being selfish and whether or not you go along with it, when he's done with you he'll let you know. in spite of all this he does have a nice relationship with his mom, in fact, he keeps a photo of her holding him when he was a baby by his bedside. he doesnt get along with his dad though. i was assertive with him bc he clearly disrespect the hell out of me, but for some odd reason i always felt like in spite of how he messes up that he needs to experience someone who is kind/fair to him. its like a pebble in my shoe like something is buried deep down that makes him treat people like **** bc maybe he expects this trash from others? idk, take a look http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii55/fionapinapple/astro_61gw_01_88_michele_cullen.14982.2077.gif IP: Logged |

I would worry that maybe his deepest wound, past life, could have been through inappropriate sexual abuse from his mom. If he carries a wound around like that, he will always be looking for a mother figure to bed. Someone who coddles him, wipes his butt and spanks his butt....the disciplinary care giver type woman. That might turn him on and be the only way to get him to be respectful to a woman. The fact that it's opposite his Lilith, the place men fear women, makes me feel this is even more likely. I thought that too, Gaby, especially with his Virgo placements, but idk because then i was thinking of the way he spoke of his mom. all i know is that she's a nurse i dont think shes this strict disciplinarian or anything that would make me think he saw that as a turn on. i think that was only the dad who he really clashed with. the one thing he did tell me that was rather telling and probably classic for a libra male is that he likes it if a girl were to dress up like a school girl.IP: Logged | |
