i've been lurking for a little while, i do a lot of astrology research online and this site kept coming up as the source of the most helpful answers for my questions i started posting because i wanted a place where i could talk about astrology with people who really know what's up! as opposed to many of my friends who look at me sideways when i tell them that they have more than just a sun sign also i have some still unanswered questions about my chart regarding asteroids, are there any people in particular you know (yourself included) that are experts in that field on here? it seems like a topic that is foreign to a lot of people :/ thanks again for the warm welcome!!! As Constantine once called, Uncle Luci is in my 1st house... I mean, the asteroid ... No, I'm not satanist!!!As in the first, this makes the person personalise the myth, Ami? Mine falls in Saggitarius... IP: Logged |

I don't agree with the spiritual pride thing. I feel things in the bible are meant to be used as a metaphor and not literally. But Lucifer in the first house means you may be tempted to do bad things with your body. IP: Logged |

She did this once before and I thought she really wanted to know what I thought. I am a Born Again Christian, so if you ask me about topics like gay marriage, you will know what I will say. She asks me questions on her FB page and everyone starts going crazy and arguing with me. I did not realize it was an attempt to mess with me until she did it again on another issue. Then, I de-friended her.
"It is a very annoying pride" A very good way to describe it actually. Moon 17leo36 Lucifer 19leo13. Just a fact of life we all have things to deal with within our make-up, understanding it via an asteroid is cathartic. Asblous,Pholus and Nessus are greater bothers, IMO. ------------------ Seimei, Jupiter Nadir IP: Logged |

First of all, I'm not trying to pick a fight with anyone. May I point out that most astrological objects were named after the ancient mythology, not after Christian figures? So I'd assume that asteroid Lucifer was named after the Roman god of the morning star, who predates Christianity by several centuries, not after the Christian figure. The original Lucifer had no bad connotations and was quite a lovely god. Peace IP: Logged |
