Karma means what you are have to do in this birth while Saturn is duty and responsibility. Opposition is the inability to focus on both things at one time. For example, your life's purpose may be to spiritual leader but your Saturn may ask you to be more worldly. There will be a dilemma between the "Destiny or Karma" and "Duty or Saturn".

I can't see Karma or lilith the chart that you've posted. Are you sure that you have included them. You can tell me the degrees manually.

Karma in the fifth house exactly opposing task master Saturn. Your Karma center is the 5th house which means that you have to fulfill your tasks related to the fifth house. You have to roar like a lion and this goes with your chiron purpose too. Saturn will throw water on your attempts but then there is always a middle ground. However, being on stage, children and playfulness is what you are born to do to welcome a bright destiny!
