I was wondering if you know of any symbolism on the asteroid Union at all?

Why do people use asteroids, in astrology when some random person discovered and named it 'union'?

- Do you think astrology is going too far with asteroids?
-What are the major asteroids people use in astrology?
-What asteroids do you personally use in reading, in synastry and why do you use them?
- Is half of it made up to suit some new age idealism?

General Asteroids like Union are useful like Tarot Cards or any other Divination technique. You may think about a relationship, and in the Composite if you find Sun conjunct UNION, it is a positive Sign.

That is about it.

I agree we should not take things too far like interpreting Asteroid Tea in 12 Signs as if it drastically affects our lives.
But if you find Asteroid Tea conjunct Sweet conjunct Fortuna in your 5th House, and a friend mentions a company that sells tea powder, then you can think of investing in that as you just got a typical Asteroid based inspiration.

Did I tell you how I discovered Asteroid ASHURBANIPAL in a dream or Asteroid HADRIANUS by seeing two number plates with that same Asteroid Number in consecutive traffic lights in different vehicles? That day, the transit of it was also strong. This is the ideal way IMHO, take them as Signs to assist your Evolution than strict rules of Fate.
