Both transits are opposite my Pluto in H2 (which is conjunct North Node)...

Any thoughts on what this means?

It was conjunct my natal South Node, like you asked. As far as I can see, this asteroid moves pretty fast, so chances are you had already experienced this aspect before. Try to figure out when and see if you can remember anything important that happened around that time. Though probably this transit it will bring something else (assuming you learned your lesson the first time).
