All magic is, is energy, learning how to use energy, manipulate energy and feel energy so that you are aware of the unseen things around you. Everything is energy and what you need to learn and focus on is understanding how energy works and how to feel it.
Meditation would be a very good thing to practice! This will help you learn to clear your head and listen to your heart because the heart is the only part of us that clearly reads energy.
Science can teach how energy works, spirituality teaches you how to direct energy. Your heart and emotions have the strongest ability to create energy, read energy and manifest good around you.
Clearing out subconscious fears is essential to changing your energy vibrations and once you start doing that effectively you will be more equipped to work on learning how to manifest things into reality.
This is not a quick process, it takes a lot of time clear your path and learn the ability to manipulate energy for good. Turning negative energy into positive energy means turning fear into love and then directing the higher vibrations you've brought out and allow them to manifest positive things to a certain area.
You cannot try to use this to make others feel a certain way or change their minds...that's not using love energy it's using the ego and the ego is very weak compared to the heart.
Back magic needs all the stones, herbs, chants and whatever other props they use...because black magic/ego is no where near as strong as the higher vibrations of peace and love/our hearts. Certain chants are never good, they are like praying to false gods/demons, so be careful what your saying, know what the words mean and why your saying them. If your goal is to raise energy vibration by using certain vibrational tones that certain words create that's natural and a positive thing. Words of love, peace, appreciation and such have a much higher vibration. Try not to physically speak hate words, it lowers your vibrations.

Of course herbs/stones, energy grids, energy accumalators and anything that comes from earth naturally is positive and will reinforce your strength....that's why black magic practitioners use them also, they need these things to raise the energy vibrations for themselves....that's using the Earths energy against itself, it's harmful to all of us and very bad karma for the ppl doing it, eventually they will have to face up to it and correct it!

Just use love, don't give up even when you think your not accomplishing anything and start reprogramming your subconscious by removing all things that you look at daily...pictures, books, reminders of past hurts..get them out of your sight and replace them with things that fit with what you want your future to be...things you want to manifest in your life.....the places you want to go and things you want to do.
Do this just to start getting a solid subconscious foundation of where your life will take you. Get rid of clutter, it distracts you consciously and subconsciously.

Your mind must have a magical way of thinking!!
You sense energy with your heart but you are also consciously aware of the energy you might even be one that looks around and wonders what was that? The issue is that square to your emotions/moon shows emotionally you don't trust that what you sense is real and you most likely dismiss it as nothing or it stresses you out so you block what you feel.

I remember feeling like I couldn't stand, I was weak in the legs when I'd come back so I'd sit down wherever I was. Specifically, one time, when I was maybe 4...we(mom and I) were in a department store when it happened. When I came back I sat down on the floor in the isle and started crying so hard...it really scared me at the time, it was such an intense trip that time I'd went higher and it seemed longer than any other time.
I tried to tell my mom I had floated above the earth and into space, I was looking down at the earth from way above...that didn't go over so well! Lol
Also I used to feel this feeling like my skin was blowing away, like it was dust or sand and I'd feel myself slowly disappear...but once the feeling left I'd look down and nothing had changed I was still here.
I wish I could feel those things again today, I'd like to get back to being able to do those things.
When I get seriously upset my skin will start to tingle like it's about to have that feeling again but I never have fully went into having that sensation as an adult.
