That would indicate someone who is welcoming and nurturing to others.
Best people I knew had Sun conjunct Ceres for example

Thanks Soltze,but the thing is the conjunct is with the draconic chart and natal chart-does the same thing apply?

I think it will because it's a double whammy. It's like the person's soul (Draconic) is in tune with the way they function in this life (tropical)

*nods* Thanks.What's strange about my draconic and natal chart is there are so many double whammies like the one above.

There's one involving sun-pluto(natal-draco and draco to natal),sun-angel,etc.
