Is it relate?

commitment for sure,
but one may have financial commitments and refelcted in other aspects that could be greatly emphasized in a chart.

That being said, in my opinion the term feminine should be loosely interpreted.
Using Heliocentric nodes. If Juno were to sit at north or south node or perehelion or aphelion of 7782Mony, and intimate one on one relationships were otherwise un-emphasized in chart than the YES,, is answer to question. Just one example.
Every item/point/body must be see in context. Perhaps Juno at exact midpoint of Mercury and Uranus and sextile to fibonaci is a commitment to math. Some people do seem to be married to THEIR work,? right,

Juno, for me, is where we seek commitment, and the balance we find between commitment and intimacy. So I find it's always about relationships. Specifically, our most intimate relationships.Unlike Libra or Venus, it's more about what we need than what we want. It's a very core need for union. Committed union (with or without love!)rather than romance. Similar to Libra is issues with balance, which is both what we need to balance us out (soul mates?) but also could indicate inequalities.
