Spirit exactly on Pluto on 21d libra in 8 th house. Also conjuncting moon by 9 degree. I have read that this is a significant aspect.
Why? Any experiences in synastry or natal?

I think it was
SIRIT CONJUNCT PLUTO IN 21 LIBRA - Indicative of a generous and transformational soul. This conjunctions is quite close to ARCTURUS as well.
SPIRIT CONJUNCT PLUTO EXACT you will transform your life thoroughly with Spirituality.

But any personal experiences? Or can u please explain more?

That's what I thought you meant. Weird.

I was looking at when tPLUTO was in 21° Libra, and tSPIRIT was only in 21° Libra when tPLUTO was at 20°. Early, too. Around 20° LIB 05.

tSPIRIT is already in 22° Libra, when tPLUTO is 21°00-21°59 Libra.

I ask, because my PLUTO is 21° LIB 35, and my SPIRIT is 1° Scorpio.

ARCTURUS is closer to 23° Libra, actually. It's near SPICA. To determine which is most active, it takes precision.

What about other planets and Spirit?

My Sprit is at Libra 2.23 which makes it conjunct the SGC (Super Galactic Centre). In synastry his Jupiter is conjunct my Spirit within 2 degrees, so not exact. Any thoughts?
