Without asteroids my third house is in Cancer and is empty. But...when I add asteroids, a peculiar thing happens:

Cancer 9.29 DNA
Cancer 13.18 Giza
Cancer 10.19 Hawaii
Cancer 13.49 Sirius conjunct IC
Cancer 8. 32 Inca
Cancer 13.25 Germany
Cancer 21.51 Glasgow
Cancer 5.42 America
cancer 6.05 King
Cancer 6.07 Queen
Cancer 9.09 Reiki

As many asteroids as I add, the only ones that go in that house are these.

What do you think all that means? Is it as simple as these are the places my soul has lived?

I think this means that your DNA makeup has a heritage of all those places.

DNA in Cancer I feel means your maternal side is stronger than your masculine side.
