Nah, he would do anything for love like be with a married women and try to steal her away. Maybe he will kill for those he loves in it's extreme manifestation. Or maybe love keeps his nessus tamed or...

It can manifest in many ways. Where does it fall? What else does it conjunct? How tight is the conjunction?

Nessus with Amor can mean uncontrolled desire for love. He can be either overprotective in love or too possessive otherwise show stalker like behavior. But depends a lot on his "evolved state or maturity". Nessus is not a villain.
