Really believing you can figure all this out yourself,Mila.
Uranus = sudden, change, even upsetting to status quo ,revolutionary even
Juno = marriage, commitment
now a semisextile is not a real strong aspect
but it is not a negative aspect either.
Vertex = pathways and opportunities, SOME also describe it as a point for fate.
so put these together
some possibility for a sudden event(a marriage) or opportunities for such.
You have already taken notice of where in your chart this occurs//9th//
Just be sure you have love, too//

The Vertex represents pathways and opportunities, but then so does the
Moon's Node, so it is important to recognize their differences. The
Vertex is a part of the human mind, whereas the Moon's Node represents
events, people, or opportunities in the physical world. Did you ever
"wish" that life's circumstances could be different? Did you ever "wish"
that you could be taller or shorter, brighter or prettier, richer or live
in a larger house, drive a better car? We all have this mental "wish
mechanism" which is represented by the VTX. When we wish for these
changes the VTX part of our mind goes out and tries to set up
"opportunities" for these wishes to come true for us. The VTX part of our
mind connects to the minds of others and then tries to set up "encounters"
whereby others can enter our lives to effect changes. Wishing for a new
car? You are out driving, and someone runs a stop sign and totals your
car! You get your wish! You now have to get a new car! Be careful of
what you wish for because you may get it. You didn't specify HOW you
wanted the new car, just that you wanted one. This is a typical VTX
interaction. The VTX is very necessary because often people will not or
can not affect change by themselves in their life. Thus the VTX sets up
an "interference" mechanism that allows others to come in and use our
resources or time to effect our wish fulfillment.

Haha, well, I know that my Sun (March 12th) semisextile others Suns if they were born on February 12th and April 12th. Is that right?
I have my conclusions but I wanted to see what others can tell me. Thanks .
My big question about this is that if Juno is marriage, would that mean that my marriage or partner will have Uranus traits? I also can see that Pluto semisextile Juno too, am I right?

That's really interesting! . So conjunct to Juno would mean that I have to be careful with what I wish in the marriage? Sorry if is not that way.

roughly yes

yes so Juno and Vertex(29sa26) are at midpoint of Uranus/Pluto(29sa56) so even leaving Vrtx out(birth record could be off a few minutes) that again suggest Juno is a transforming event

While you are pondering Uranus and Juno,Transiting Pluto is at midpoint.

Simply pointing out that you seem to be aware of and possibly giving deep thought to what Uranus and Juno and vertex signify for
you,, all while Pluto is at midpoint by transit.
There is no ,What does that mean question,,
just a reflection of what you are doing while you are doing it.
Pluto oh so slow and deep and you ponder the fate of your self if you gave in to what Uranus and Juno/Vrtx suggest in Sag/8-9houses,
