Really believing you can figure all this out yourself,Mila.
Uranus = sudden, change, even upsetting to status quo ,revolutionary even
Juno = marriage, commitment
now a semisextile is not a real strong aspect
but it is not a negative aspect either.
Vertex = pathways and opportunities, SOME also describe it as a point for fate.
so put these together
some possibility for a sudden event(a marriage) or opportunities for such.
You have already taken notice of where in your chart this occurs//9th//
Just be sure you have love, too//

The Vertex represents pathways and opportunities, but then so does the
Moon's Node, so it is important to recognize their differences. The
Vertex is a part of the human mind, whereas the Moon's Node represents
events, people, or opportunities in the physical world. Did you ever

My big question about this is that if Juno is marriage, would that mean that my marriage or partner will have Uranus traits? I also can see that Pluto semisextile Juno too, am I right?

yes so Juno and Vertex(29sa26) are at midpoint of Uranus/Pluto(29sa56) so even leaving Vrtx out(birth record could be off a few minutes) that again suggest Juno is a transforming event
