Topic: the location of the asteroid that bears your first name

The other day I was looking at the asteroid list & saw that there was an asteroid that had my first name. When I looked it up on my natal chart I saw that it sat in my first house, conjunct my Ascendant. My Dad frequently says that my name just popped into his head as I was born, it was not a name they had been set on beforehand.
Another tidbit is that this asteroid sits in my current partner's 7th house.
I just found this interesting, I am unsure if it signifies anything (still ever a student of astrology)& I am sure it would be difficult for it to apply for all names (although there seems to be a fair number represented).
Anyone notice anything like this?

It is quite common for your own pname asteroid
to be emphasized in your chart in some way,IME.
Also in close friends charts both ways if asteroid name available. check other points in chart against nodes of pname as well , pieces of u http://www.true-node.com/eph1/ ------------------

My mom wanted to name me Monica which conjuncts exact EOS in my First house.Eos in Capricorn @2d35

You know my Name asteroid is right on my Ascendant in my Relocation chart for Colorado by 0d01, the place I have felt the most at home!Natally my first name is in the 11th house. But then again my MOON conjuncts very tightly my IC in my Relocation chart for Miami where I have lived most of life. IP: Logged |

Have you checked it in the composite chart of your current and ex? Mine is 4 deg away from the desc and squares my natal Sun. ------------------

Ok, so I've always used my personal game asteroid. It has a generic meaning, but in relationship analysis it always gives hints about who I am to others as shown in their charts and how we are to relate. It lets me know if there is to be a harmonious relationship or not, helpful or not, a waste of time or not, especially when I apply degree symbol interpretations. There's only one placement that I can't figure out. Quite often my name pops up in an anaretic degree in another's chart. It makes me want to stay away from them. What's up with that? Would any of you in LL have experience with your personal name asteroid on an anaretic degree in another's chart? Love to hear about it. IP: Logged |
