I would like to ask you one more think, if I can, but it has nothing to do with this previous theme. What Vertex conjunct South Node mean?

South Node as far as I know has something to do with past life. And Vertex, well, I can't say too much about Vertex, I read somewhere that, depends on what planet it touches, will bring to you that. Like, if it touches your Venus, it will bring you love or something. But what it means when it comes to South Node?
