This one is a twoozey ,

First thought to be a comet then lost for 30 years, found & labeled an asteroid and then determined that it was in fact the same object previously labeled comet. That was 13 more years later.
There are few that have the dual label. You can get more here > https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/4015_Wilson%E2%80%93Harrington.

It Heliocentric nodes have moved backwards 7 degrees since 1961 which suggest both a comet and an asteroid or the JPL computer is confused.
When I was born it was conjunct my ascendant24LI geocentrically and my Helio pname asteroid was on it's south node
Yesterday the Sun was conjunct it's HNN/yesterday I read about it

In March when the moon is a day from full, sun, mercury and the asteroid will be on its'
aphelia and widely square it nodes. Likely good viewing for astronomers and a time to see its effects in a chart for the year.
