Given that there are 1000s of asteroids, you should find many in the first house. Have you tried the asteroids listed in the reference library? (The reference library is the last forum in the list of forums) A good way to start is to make a chart for each house and sign and start recording asteroids with degrees as you find them. You may find that a few houses are busier - I, for example, have around 20 asteroids in some houses. I began finding asteroids according to the themes that interested me - spiritual, vedic, egyptian, romantic, etc.
Incidentally, one can't read all of the names of the asteroids in the picture above. What are they, please?
