I have my Nessus conjunct my friends vertex and their Deianira conjuncts my moon. Does that mean they are my victim and I am/will abuse them?
Honestly, it feels like the opposite way around.

You would have to look at the whole chart, my Friend. In general, the Nessus person would bring abuse to the vertex person.

The Moon is a passive planet, so I would think the Deja person would bring this side of himself to the heart of the other person, not that the Moon person would abuse the Deja person, per se.

If we had Deja conj the Sun or Mars, I would give a different answer because these are active /strong/ yang planets.
