I couldn't find info about the asteroid Musa (600).

I have
Musa square Moon (3 degrees)
Musa conjunct Venus (exact)
Musa conjunct Neptune (1 d)

What does it mean?
Share your aspects too

I read somewhere that Musa stands for Muse - there are 9 Muses in Greek mythology which represent the fine arts.

Musa aspecting Venus would make sense if it is related to the arts. Perhaps you are talented or have a good appreciation and knowledge of fine arts. You could check aspects with asteroids which represent Muses to see which has a particular significance for you.

Clio: Muse of history
Erato: Muse of lyric and love poetry
Euterpe: Muse of music or flutes
Melpomene: Muse of tragedy
Polymnia: Muse of sacred poetry or of the mimic art
Terpsichore: Muse of dancing and choral song
Thalia: Muse of comedy
Urania: Muse of astrology

Muses 84,27,62,81,18,22,23,33,30,57.

That which conj venus is powerful. It is more hidden than that which conj the Sun or Mars or more subtle would be a better word

I have Eros and I feel it there but not as overt as conj the ASC, for example

I think it's interesting too. I have it conjunct my MC and Pallas-Persephone. I also have Melpomene on my Sun. (go figure)

In Greece, the dramatic arts were all tragedies to begin with. Comedies developed later. The tragedies were written by philosopher poets and the focus was on morality, the notions of right and wrong. The players wore masks which allowed each to play many roles.

Muse for tragedy could indicate various things. It could mean being good at acting, or mean you are poetic and can write/communicate well. Perhaps your persona is dramatic and you draw people's attention with your words.

Which do you think resonates?

quoting:
"Traditionally, an epic poem is a long, serious, poetic narrative about a significant event, often featuring a hero.
Before the development of writing, epic poems were memorized and played an important part in maintaining a record of the great deeds and history of a culture.
Later, they were written down and the tradition for this kind of poem continued.
Epics often feature the following:
a hero who embodies the values of a culture or ethnic group;
something vital that depends on the success of the hero's actions;
a broad setting, sometimes encompassing the entire world;
intervention by supernatural beings.
Examples of epics include Gilgamesh, the Odyssey, and Beowulf." "[endQuote]

Regarding asteroid 600 Musa ... http://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/sbdb.cgi?sstr=600

All I can find about the name Musa (so far), is that in Hebrew language it is an alternative name for "Moses."
ref.. http://www.godchecker.com/pantheon/middle-eastern-mythology.php?deity=MOSES

Also, Britannica Encyclopedia lists 'Musa' as Latin word for "Muse."
