I'm not going through the best phase of my life right now to be honest, struggling hard with the natals transits taking place already.

I do feel things have already begun shifting in several parts of my life and this New Moon has me a little concerned as it is around 2-3deg from Chiron.

Can anyone explain what this would signify?

It's in Taurus 10th house.

Could it be health? Something concerning father figure? Healing? Pain?

Oh gee the possibilities are endless , why not become a Reiki practitioner. If it related to father it would already be apparent I suspect as the progressed moon needs a day(which means a year perhaps lead in.I mean even if you get up before sunrise a whole day before new moon is exact there is not much to see, day for a year RIGHT?
so answer your self, what has been accentuated, what is already in focus,, and then steer gently.
It is a seed moment right, 'tis likely you chose what type of seed it is already.
watch out for weeds interfering with what you want to grow in your life over the new WAXING cycle.
