Who needs a break? Do you feel you need a break from noise, or persons who talk a lot.
Time to study perhaps needs to be uninterrupted.
I suppose most persons but some more than others perhaps.
I have Psyche,and Refugium conjunct the moon. also Hypnos and Isis.
Just wondering about others who find their Refugium prominent.
Suppose it is not closely conjunct anything but maybe someone triggers it, someone who disturbs your peace of mind????

Yes, i need a lot of breaks, but mostly from being social and school work.
