I have somebody's Vertex conjucting my Asc in the last degrees of Gemini. It's also square to my Sun(Pis) oppose their Nept./Juno and square their Mercury(Vir).

Does anybody have any information concerning this aspect?
I've heard it is something of importance but can't quite grasp what it could signify
