In the 8th house?

I have a friend who has this aspect and he is very sexually open, he's a cheater, player, used to be a porn star etc. he is not really the kind of guy to express his vulnerability or being a victim too much is that because it is in his 8th house?

His sun/dejanira/child also forms a T Square with his Mars/priapus and BML/Lillith.

Any ideas? He is quite childish I have to say though.
