Adonis conjunct the Sun would be similar.

Adonis conjunct the DSC may be attracted to charismatic partners.

Adonis conjunct the IC may have been very loved as a child.

Mars conjunct Adonis may be a person who has grace and beauty in his actions. Think of a ballet dancer or a skater. People may be in awe of his physical prowess.

The above is for the natal chart.

In synastry, if one person conjuncts one of his personal planets or angles with the Adonis Asteroid of another, the person who conjuncts the Adonis may put the Adonis on a pedestal. She may “worship” the Adonis person.

Just a note about orbs. I should have the question”WHAT is the orb?” tattooed across my chest. The orbs are very important in Astrology. With asteroids, there are very small orbs. With a conjunction, I allow up to three degrees, but this is really too wide. The effect may be ambient.

The orbs should be exact to two degrees in the conjunction.

In other aspects, such as the trine or square, it should be one degree or two, at the most.

My Adonis is conjunct my east point, and his west point. Our composite Adonis is conjunct our composite MC and Selene, and my natal Pluto and Mercury.

This is so true. I tend to look for guys who are like role models for me lol. Most of my exes are the types of people who I aspire to be like: successful, outgoing and genuine. I can see how my Juno conjunct Adonis manifests now. Thank you ! It literally all makes sense haha.

I have Adonis in the 12th house conjunct Ascendant 2°, Adonis sextile Sun 1°, Adonis sextile Mercury 1°, and Adonis conjunct Pluto 3° (my ASC ruler). Even though I'm a woman, I've always had an androgynous physical appearance and have wondered where this androgyny came from. Now I'm wondering if maybe this asteroid has something to do with it?

I remember posting my picture on another forum 5 years ago and there was a female user on the forum who mistook me for a man 😆 and she wrote me a message telling me how I physically look like her "ideal man". I replied to let her know that I'm actually a woman. I felt so bad for letting down her fantasies, but she was OK about it. She mentioned that had I been born a man she would've wanted to get married. It was a really odd but hilarious exchange with a total stranger.
