What can this mean in scorpio in the 2nd house sextile the sun in the 4th house? i understand Tyche means sudden good fortune but is this negative when it conjuncts pluto especially in the 2nd house?------------------

Not at all negative. The sextile to the Sun allows positives of having a strong Ego i.e taking pride in being ethical and honest. This helps generate good karma. Good Karma
is the fuel for good fortune.
With Pluto conjunct, there will be increase in good luck with increase in personal Transformation i.e change in emotionally programmed attitudes etc.------------------
