Does anyone know how to calculate when a fixed star will effect you?

Specifically Antares.

I have Antares conjunct Sagittarius Sun, Sag Mercury and Vertex 5th house.

I sent a request to starlight software (zyntara.com) for a free fixed star natal paran but I want to know at what point in my life will I feel the effects of Antares.

Is there another way to find this information out?

Any information is greatly appreciated. Happy Full Moon!
