Chiron is said to be the deepest wound within yourself, manifesting negatively or positively depending on placement.

Positively aspect Chiron is where you can learn to heal yourself and others, helping development of the psyche and the souls journey.

Negatively aspected Chiron is where you can feel deeply hurt, insecure and unable to heal yourself or others.

My Chiron sits in Virgo in the 4th house exactly with the IC of family, home and instincts, in a trine to Moon-Neptune-Uranus in the 7th house and a sextile to Jupiter/Pluto at 29 Scorpio in the 5th house.

Chiron in the 4th house is said to encompass to deep wound and traumatic event surrounding the early home and family life, either the mother or the father and is the most difficult house for Chiron to be in

I grew up with my Mum, i met my dad only twice in my life before he died of a heroin overdose when i was 12, he seemed like a nice enough guy when i met him, but i was only yough and wasn't aware enough to know him.

He went to jail several times for robbery and was a Speed and heroin addict, he punched my mum several times growing up, perhaps this happened while i was around and i created subconscious barriers to defend myself from this.

I feel i need to journal out these thoughts as it creates deep feelings of insecurity in my self, and i find myself actually look for people to be a father figure at times, i feel quite subconsciously hurt from this situation.

With the sextile to my Moon-Neptune-Uranus perhaps a good healing notion would be to talk to my mum about it, i have a great mum and she means the world to me.

with the trine to Jupiter-Pluto that says to me that i need to look deep inside myself, and use "psychological power" to create the healing within myself.

Can anyone think of a good way for me to heal the hurts of the past from this placement? and how can i use the Jupiter-PLuto placement for self healing and purpose?

Where does your Chiron sit in the chart, whats your internal wound and how have you found the way to heal yourself so that you can learn to heal others?

I believe that the comet Chiron is a very important part of our charts. It is the bridge between the personal planets and the outer planets, showing us the way to healing and the transcendence of personal pain. Once we get past the personal planets, if we wish to make a journey into the spiritual, we must first appease Chiron. He is the gatekeeper to our deepest wounds. He is there, guarding them, so that they cannot escape into your consciousness until you are ready to come to terms with them. It takes a certain level of awareness in order to work with Chiron, and if one battles what’s behind the gate without being fully prepared, they will be blasted back and have much ground to go back over until they come upon Chiron again. Though Chiron can only be worked on when approached, his ill still lurks inside our subconscious and affects us. That is why it’s best to make your pilgrimage past the personal to the domain of Chiron and finally start your self-healing.

So sorry you weren't able to have a good relationship with your father.

Yes, journaling sounds like a great idea, to help you get more in touch with your own pain, to figure out what that pain is and what it can teach. Virgo is ruled by Mercury and the thinking part of healing seems to be critical, with Virgo Chiron. (Unlike my Chiron in Aries, where DOING is the main lesson, learning when to take action.)

In your case, with Chiron trine Moon-Neptune-Uranus in the 7H, it would seem you have the opportunity to use your early experiences as a clear map of what you do and do not want to happen again in your own intimate relationships. Perhaps this will help you attain a very high-level rapport with a significant other, as you won't settle for anything less (?).

Virgo Chiron would probably be meticulous about a path to healing and may need a structured approach to feel that it has actually dealt with things step by step and in the best way.

With that knowledge you will feel more prepared going into relationships, but also may need to guard against feeling overly damaged when others fail to meet high expectations...Virgo Chiron may have a thin skin, and needs to learn to feel confident in their ability to heal and regenerate themselves, so they can deal with people at all.

Not a real astrologer, just exploring the ideas you presented.

How to heal from Chiron placement, you ask. . .
Well, Chiron connects us to the collective programming, so breaking out of collective patterns will help. Also, Chiron in mythology had a wife. I forget her name, but there is an asteroid, and she helps bring healing to this Chiron wound, if I remember correctly. So look her up in your chart and the relationship between the two, or to other planets. Let me look up her name and the number........

Also, I find that IC placements usually come from genetic or family history, going way back, even to the origins of man. Usually when you understand that your father is in you, so to speak, you have to accept and love that part of you, because every energy has a right to exist, and it's there because you allowed it, but you can heal this programming for future generations, to clear it from your own genetic history because of this placement, anything on the IC, where it is particularly personal for you. Sorry I'm sort of rambling, but in energy healing this IC is very powerful point for identifying family patterning that can be ended.
