Interesting - my Destinn is conjunct my husband's Sun/Venus midpoint - his Destinn is conjunct my Sun/Mars midpoint.My Union conjuncts his Uranus and his Draconic Isis. It trines his Amor, his Valentine/DSC midpoint, his Sun/Mars midpoint, his Draconic Chiron, his Draconic DNA, and his Priapus (lunar perigee). It sextiles his Venus and his Karma. His Union conjuncts my Eros/Psyche midpoint, my Draconic Sun/Pluto midpoint, my Pluto/Vetex midpoint, and my Moon/Uranus midpoint. It trines my Sun, my Mercury, my Orcus, my Sun/Mars midpoint, and my Draconic Valentine/DSC midpoint. It sextiles my Saturn, my Draconic Siva/Kaali midpoint, and my MC/N.Node midpoint. IP: Logged |

I wonder if Destinn in one chart conjunct Ascendant in the other means something.. Destined to know each other perhaps..I have Destinn conjunct Sun of one of the most important people in my life!  Destinn conjunct ASC might mean destined to just meet, or to do something in the world together (a project, a business). I imagine there would be a sense of fatedness or familiarity when first meeting each other. IP: Logged |

Union and Destinn are great asteroids. My good friend has Union exactly conjunct my NN, and my Union is conjunct his Pluto. Destinn and the ascendant I'd agree has something to do with coming together for some reason - I'm guessing how significant a thing it might be might depend on what the nodes are doing. Could also see it from the facade perspective - maybe a surgeon or stylist who changes someone's look completely might be the Destinn in this sort of scenario...
