Does this aspect have the potential to get a little too literal?

I have Icarus at 18' 42" Capricorn, conjunct my MC at 19' 7" (and my first name asteroid at 18' 51".)

I'm concerned about a Rise & Fall for my career ambitions because of this aspect. I've been working incredibly hard to get to a better place in my career (Pluto transiting MC, fun times) and even if it doesn't necessarily mean I'll come crashing down, I'd like some advice on how to handle this sort of energy, as it seems to be at a VERY (ironically) significant point of my chart.

Does anyone have any thoughts or insights as to how Icarus plays out at the highest point of a person's chart?
